Call me or email me and tell me what you are interested in. We can decide together what program is best for you, based on your ability, experience, and budget.
After our initial conversation, I will mail, fax, email or provide online access to a brief Athlete Training Questionnaire. Once I receive and review it, we can finalize our plans and you can begin your training. Even with the basic triathlon plans, I will contact you weekly to follow your progress and answer questions. I will also share with you training tips I have gathered during my nearly 20 years of triathlon racing.
You will be expected to pay for your specific program prior to deliver of schedules or prior to training sessions. We accept cash or local personal checks only to keep our overhead and your costs down. Payment can also be made through PayPal.
